It was incredible to Direct this spot for the chefs of Australia. 15 shoots in 10 days with 9 DP's. This was not an easy task. From David Nobay's first talk with Maurice Terzini to the script to going on air was a trajectory like no other. Bringing on my ex-chef Guillaume Brahimi made sense. He and Adam D'Sylva, gave us access to chefs as a fast track. Talking to the chefs, finding their availabilities, then getting a cinematographer to them was herculean with just 2 of us doing it. Thanks to David Nobay, Will Alexander, and Guillaume Brahimi. A team like no other.
