ive baked since i was 8 years old. the fat kid watching movies (now im a cinematographer) and baking  (now im a chef) with my grandpa. he bought me a mix master then. i havent changed much, im still shooting and baking. i love the science of baking and im up for the challenge. pizza bases from chick pea flour (like the cover pic), bread from wholemeal stone ground, or my sons favourite, shortbread, or the vanilla sponge with grandmas icing.
